Latitude Purple comprises two blocks, with 17 and 21 storeys, providing a total of 463 homes. Situated on the site of the former Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, this location is rich in history and brimming with potential for the future. Conveniently positioned within walking distance of Leeds station and the soon-to-be-restored viaduct, it is set to become a vibrant new neighbourhood to the west of Leeds city centre.
