Greenhaus represents the largest Passivhaus affordable housing scheme in the Northwest, comprising 96 sustainable and reasonably priced homes situated in the heart of Salford. The residences are designed to consume 70-90% less energy compared to traditional houses, enabling residents to significantly reduce their carbon footprint.
