Lampwick saw Rapidfix take on a project for new client John Sisk & Sons on a new build residential scheme for repeat end client Manchester Life this time with a mixture of 213 one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as duplexes.

A stones throw from previous project One Vesta Street, Rapidfix were familiar with the standards required by Manchester Life which made for an easy transition from tender through to completion producing some high quality work on the journey.

Rapidfix were responsible for the delivery of the dry lining, ceilings and firestopping packages.
